Michael Duncan, 54-years-old, finally succumbed on September 3, 2012 to respiratory failure which was commonly believed to be the end result of the heart attacked that he had experienced earlier in July.
Duncan was known for his gigantic, heavily muscled imaged that he so often portrayed in his movies, such as The Green Mile.
Michael’s large physical size strongly suggests that being too heavy is bad for your health regardless if it is mostly muscle. Thus, his early death likewise suggests that an individual’s BMI measurement is a good predictor of health problems, even for muscular individuals. In addition, there are some reports that Michael Duncan ate a largely meat-based diet for much of his life.
The Natural Health Perspective site recommends a largely plant-based diet for those motivated to live a long healthy life.
